Twitter Reveals Redesign on

Welcome to our first Totally Twitter Tuesday, article spotlight.

After recently celebrating their eighth birthday, today, we find out that Twitter has just released their redesign of their platform exclusively to the Today Show, which will include a greater emphasis on making photos larger and highlighting retweeted/favorited posts.

This leads me to think that they are not only trying to stay current and competitive with Facebook. But Twitter is  also steering users into believing, that the key ingredient to having their posts highlighted or more readily accessible by their followers will be dependent on them posting captivating, interesting, or unique photos. This not only will be to the advantage of Twitter users, but will also help Twitter become a more visual platform in comparison to their traditional Streaming News Feed design.

What are your thoughts on the redesign of Twitter? Do you believe the redesign will attract more users or differ them from using their platform.
